Start booking your hotel rooms now
A new policy I would like to implement this summer is for all players and parents to stay at one hotel during each of our out-of-town tournaments. For those tournaments located in North Carolina, this will not be necessary. However, when we travel to South Carolina and Georgia, being in one location will make communication, car pooling, etc. much easier on everyone. I have already made contact with the hotels located in the cities of our tournaments. The Heat Showcase Baseball organization will be receiving discounted room rates from each hotel. Each hotel is guaranteed to be first-class and near most of the baseball venues that we will be visiting.As parents, all you will have to do is call to reserve your room. Remember to mention that you are with the HeatShowcase Baseball organization to receive the discount and also make sure to reserve all rooms by Friday, May 7thto guarantee a room for you and your family. I would encourage you going ahead and booking your rooms this week! Please do not wait until the last minute because all hotels have given us a deadline and if room reservations are not made then they will put those rooms up for sale and you will be without a room! Remember that when you call you will be asked to give your credit card information, however NO charges will go onto your credit cards until you arrive at each hotel.If you have any questions, please let me know. Attached to this email is the list of hotels. Again, please start reserving your rooms today for Heat Showcase only has a limited amount of rooms blocked at each hotel.

Also, I have ordered some extra hats and if you are interested please send me an email to order. Each
hat will cost $25 and you can make the check payable to Heat Showcase Baseball. Below I have placed
links to the pictures of the two hats we will have this year. I have changed a few things up, and they look
really good. The sizes are S,M,L,XL. Please include your hat size in the email that you send me.
Remember, all players are receiving 2 hats, 2 t-shirts, 2 jerseys, 1 pair of turfs, 1 pullover and 1 pair of
shorts. Players will get this gear in May.
